Our Dental Referral Management system has been a cornerstone of our NHS services for over 10 years, efficiently managing thousands of patients daily. To ensure this platform continued to meet the evolving needs of our NHS users and support the integration of new clinical networks and services, we recognised the need for strategic development.
Prioritising this investment, we started a comprehensive upgrade of our Dental Referral Management system. The result is a significantly faster and more efficient platform that empowers us to manage patient data more effectively. This enhanced system offers greater flexibility to adapt to future user needs and service expansions. Additionally, the development process yielded significant improvements in application security and reduced running costs, further safeguarding our patients’ information.
What Was Done

RMSL’s Dental Referral Management System introduced a series of new features and cloud hosting, each designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing dental referrals portal.
Results
After the upgrades we now have a secure, scalable and cloud-based patient referral platform. The system now offers a modern user experience with enhanced functionality for managing electronic health records and a robust foundation for future growth and development.
